Managing multiple Outlook accounts without losing your mind

I keep separate Outlook accounts for different projects, and it made sense when there were just a few of them. Now the number keeps growing and switching between accounts all day has become a real drag. By the time I've logged in and out enough times, I've lost track of what I was even doing. There has to be a smarter way to handle all of this. Any suggestions?
